RETURNS POLICY

At Square1Beauty, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer the following returns policy:

Return Conditions:

• Returns are only accepted if a return request is logged within 2 days of accepting delivery of the product.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Once we receive the return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

How to Request a Return:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@square1beauty.co.za within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Refund Process:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• A restocking fee may apply to returned products. Please confirm the specific conditions at the time of return.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

• If the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately within 2 days to arrange for a return or exchange.
