While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee the results of treatments. Individual outcomes may vary depending on factors such as skin type, aftercare, and other external factors. We advise clients to follow aftercare instructions carefully for the best possible results.

3. Booking & Cancellations

3.1. Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability and must be made through our website (www.square1beauty.co.za) or by contacting us directly. You will receive confirmation of your booking via email or WhatsApp.

3.2. Cancellations and Late Arrivals
Clients are required to give at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Late arrivals may result in a shorter appointment time or rescheduling. Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for any refunds.

3.3. Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for treatments or services that have already been performed. If you are unsatisfied with the results of a treatment, we will assess the issue and attempt to rectify it, but no monetary refunds will be issued.
